Add corpus.xml #2

This add the main metadata and description for FreDraCor.

It is still missing the licensing information. The home page of Théâtre classique says CC BY-NC-ND 4.0. While we may have Paul Fievre's consent in email, wouldn't "Pas de Modification" (No Derivatives) strictly speaking prevent us from importing his files into DraCor?

The files themselves say they are <rights>Creative Commons BY-NC-SA</rights>, so I think we are fine, plus, we have explicit permission from Paul Fièvre. I think we can add the licence information to the corpus description and then merge:
