Use OSM data to add/geolocate theatres #19

There are currently 16,349 amenity:theatre - http://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/tags/amenity=theatre - of which 90% have a name, so might be good to import them.

Since this issue was opened (seven and a half years ago!), Theatricalia IDs have been added to relevant items in Wikidata. The corresponding Wikidata IDs have been added to (hopefully most of ) the theatres in OSM.
