I already used rst syntax some time ago and totally agree the enlarge problem. We might ask rst-mode to include the symbol line as part of the title line to make them benefit of the title faces. But it’s a parallel work.
Add RST highlighting matching markdown colors. Note: RST syntax expects title char width to have a matching number of underline chars (e.g. an 18 character title should have 18
=under it on the corresponding line). Therefore, it does not follow the enlarge feature used by markdown headings as it makes RST very difficult to edit.
