Support header-line #94

I would like to add faces to support header-line to have a good view. I study from doom-themes-base.el#L56

Thank you very much for your contribution. It looks perfect to me. I'll just wait to come back from my holliday and get access to a real keyboard (and my gh account) next week to merge it :)
