Support for Florisboard v0.3.14-beta09 #4

From florisboard v0.3.14-beta09 , the theme engine has been changed into a Flexcss format from json thus, the theme needs to be updated in order to support newer versions

Made a dracula theme for personal use on current florisboard version. If you like to use it (as template), feel free.

Just extract: DraculaTheme.zip and import the extracted theme extension "dracula.flex" over: settings -> theme -> manage installed themes -> import -> [select file] -> [import]...

Thanks for the work, first let me say that it looks amazing, I was already working on a port of it for the upcoming theme store in FlorisBoard. https://github.com/florisboard/florisboard/issues/1435

My port of the theme is now in the 0.3.14 branch. I will merge this to master once v0.3.14 is released on F-Droid to avoid confusion. If you have any further comments or improvements to the theme please contact me.
