Conversion to bundle format and cleanup #2

Got a request to add this to the TextMate bundle installer a while back and finally got around to cleaning ups few items I noticed when reviewing the theme.

The first change is to put the theme into the bundle format, this is required for 2.0. (Without a bundle it can be installed it would just be put into your personal bundle, and won't work with the installer.)

I also did some cleanup with a few rules that had some scope differences between TextMate and other editors or needed greater specificity in the scoping. I tried here to only decent the original not change the theme in any material way. An exception was the variable color which seemed to have been left out, got the color used from another version of the theme.

The last thing added was the whole new creation, styling for the gutter. Tried to stick close to the spirit of the theme/website with the color choices here, but there wasn't much guidance to go on.

Once this is pulled I can add the theme to the bundle installer to allow for easier installation by TextMate users if you like, perhaps just in time for Halloween. :)
