Fixes to sample/Dracula.tid, INSTALL.md #4

Improve installation instructions in INSTALL.md and make code there consistent with Dracula.tid.

Fix sidebar tab colors in Dracula.tid (revert to old? values from draculatheme.com/tiddlywiki version):

before: sidebar-tab--before

after: sidebar-tab--after

Add highlight colors:

before: highlight--before

after: highlight--after
