Please document how to run test suite against installed package #2483

Describe the documentation Please extent https://github.com/dracutdevs/dracut/blob/master/docs/HACKING.md#testsuite how to run the test suite against the system-installed dracut. I like to write an autopkgtest for the Debian/Ubuntu package.
