chore(gitignore): remove switch_root from gitignore #2505

modules.d/99base/switch_root use to be a native binary that was built, but not anymore.

Do you plan to tweak more things in the .gitignore file? if so, please do it in this PR.

I only wanted to make this one change. I do not quite fully understand other entries in this .gitignore file.
