Since OpenCL only works with the ATI drivers for the programs we have for some reason and it's being last righted, we need to remove the use flag until AMDGPU-Pro is in portage. However, I can't test Pro as my video card doesn't work right with AMDGPU that's in kernel, so I don't expect it to work with Pro. I will just need to assume it will.
