Media-gfx/blender: Final checks of CMake file to make sure nothing is forgotten #5

Careful combing through the main CMakeFile.txt file to make sure: 1) All optional depends have an ebuild and use flag (like the new opensubdiv/ptex/openvdb ebuilds). 2) Current use flags are still valid 3) All build options are still valid (sometimes they change the names) 4) Final check for Gentoo compliance

@redchillipadi I think we have everything for this release. More checks when Blender Next is out. I think we should concentrate on what we have now and make that spotless. If there is a 2.77b, then just keep the same features and make sure they work with that. The next minor release (2.78?) we can double check that and anything that is missing from 2.77 and new things in that.
