The core model is not yet able to grow and it is missing the comparison to the C. striatum model created by Tanja.

I added the model to the research project (KC-Na-01). Now only two strains which have a complete genome on NCBI are missing as GEM in this repository. However since there is no direct way of obtaining those for experimental validation, these have not been looked at so far.

The table strain_overview.xlsx holds all information I was able to gather on available strains of C. striatum. Since I was researching this over and over again I determined that it is helpful to have the information in this repository.

I used the sheet weird_reactions to store research on reactions that might need a second look.
