We want to publish all the models in combination with refineGEMs and the corresponding wetlab results. This issue serves as ToDo-list and overview on what has been done.

[x] send wetlab corrected draft to Andreas
[x] decide on where to put the refineGEMs toolbox
[x] correct draft / make todos out of Andreas comments
