Compare my type strain model with the VMH model. Stats of this model were also created by the authors and are shown here. @GwennyGit is also working with a VMH model and has noted some things here.

[x] memote score
[x] look for comparison to BiGG Ids

The old version of the model only had a MEMOTE score of 43% and was not very well annotated.

I transferred the analysis to a README in the VMH folder. This issue will now keep track of anything added to that information / analysis.
