Potential licensing plugin + output for evaluation.
It does not seem like there is a "default" plugin for this job, so I have arbitrarily chosen to try this one. I don't know too much about licensing and compliance however, so I would appreciate some input on this.
Note this PR should not be merged as is in any case, as the plugin should be configured to output to a versioned directory.
