Use AnnotateDB to annotate species and reactions. #53

AnnotateDB contains a simplified mapping for synonyms, and all mappings in BiGGDB are present in AnnotateDB.

Using AnnotateDB for adding annotations will simplify queries to add annotations and will add more annotations as compared to BiGGDB.
