5 years ago This is now mostly done, barring some small issues, i.e. removal of workaround for out directory issue and correct readout of produced file sizes. Present in feat/combine branch and will be merged from there to develop and then master.
Travis currently fails due to restructuring, i.e. moving the scripts and resources directory to a different location. Adapting these paths, however, will not solve the issue directly as we also need to change the configuration to use the dockerized version of BiGG instead, as the SQLite version is scheduled to be deprecated.
