The Systems Biology Simulation Core Library (SBSCL) provides an efficient and exhaustive Java implementation of methods to interpret the content of models encoded in the Systems Biology Markup Language (SBML) and its numerical solution.
FERN repository is now merged to SBSCL for support of stochastic simulation in SBSCL by maintaining the history.
The issue of simulating models with changing compartment size is now solved. This closes issue #50.
The test for stochastic test suite is added which now tests all the stochastic tests from SBML Test Suite and compares the results with the pre-defined results according to the metric defined in sbml-test-suite repository.
This closes issue #47 as we now have failed tests count in the SBMLTestSuiteTest file itself.
