Problems include:

newer version available directly from github / old version sboann.py
EC numbers have new identifier codes: split at '/' leads to problems

Ideas:

[x] change from internal file to import
[x] Transfer proposed changes in issue draeger-lab/SBOannotator#1 to the SBOAnnotator issues
