Merge changes on dev branch for polish module to main for a new release #93

The module polish is now connected to the API of bioregistry.io to check for invalid CURIEs and generate MIRIAM conform URIs/IRIs.

In addition, the functions belonging to the annotation polishing are enhanced by checks for 'NaN' values even in the notes field and checks for valid BiGG identifiers obtained through VMH identifiers.
