Profile Information Get/Set #17

Right now the profile details, like personal message, display image, etc
are not being handled correctly because of the addition of roaming
profiles. We need to load the stuff that is available locally, and then
wait for the roaming profile to update the stuff. If there is nothing in
the roaming profile, then send the data that is local to the roaming
profile. Otherwise if there is, load it all and overwrite the local data.

I believe that we now load the profile from configuration properly. So things 
save 
like they used to. The roaming profile does not carry any of that data yet, the 
only 
thing we grab is the display image, and we overwrite it in memory, but we dont 
store 
it. We need to complete this process still.

Actually once we download and set the display image it should already be stored 
by
the MsnObject caching code. We just need to be able to save new profile data
otherwise the image from the roaming profile will overwrite any image set from
Galaxium at every login.

Pretty much done as of r293. Just needs more testing to make sure we're storing
things how WLM expects them stored.

It's been working like a charm for me for a while now. I also am seeing the 
details
in Live Messenger when I log in at school. Closing this until we get problem 
reports.
