Conversation Error Verbosity #39

Conversation errors should be more verbose in the chat window, if we get a
217, it should say that the user is offline, not just say the message could
not be delivered.

There are other scenarios that can occur also, like OIM and such that
should be a bit more verbose if we can.

I agree we should show an error that reflects what actually happened, but fyi 
error
217 can also happen for contacts which are online and don't join switchboards.

This is a stupid issue. Its fine the way it works now, and it will get better 
over
time. We dont need an entry for this.
