New tool list features

Adds new functionality discussed in #38 :

• Voting for tools
• A form to submit new tools: https://airtable.com/shrwrPOxd0wlqoiZb
• A "lowest price" field to record the lowest pricing tier available

The way it works (in case anyone is interested) is:

• I manually added all the tool data to Airtable.
• New tools submitted are added to Airtable via the form linked above.
• Each week I will manually generate the lists in Markdown (I wrote a little Node script offline to do this), and approve new submissions as well.
• Votes are submitted via Ajax to Zapier along with the user's email.
• Zapier then attaches my API key and sends the votes along to Airtable which keeps up with a total vote count.

This is a super simple MVP and if the voting idea takes off, I'll plan to rewrite it with a real backend web application.

I like the idea to make a backend for this tool.

Hope it can be an industry standard. 2 Will you prefer to get new products via that form, or github issues ok too? 3_ if you can talk with producthunt owners and somehow attach recommendations to your list - i think this will be bomb.

1. Coda looks cool. Just signed up for an invite.

2. The form would be faster/easier, but I'll continue taking requests through GitHub as well, especially for items that might require discussion.

3. Product Hunt has an API so I might be able to integrate that data as well. Agreed that would be awesome.
