Release 1.4.9 Missing #23

There seems to be an issue with the released code. Even though 1.4.9 is the stated latest release, the latest code posted is 1.4.6 according to common.h. In the listed releases, versions 1.4.9 and 1.4.7 are identical and both actually are release 1.4.6. The features described in the 1.4.9 release notes are not present in the code. Was there a missing “push” before the release?

You’ve done a really nice job with this project.

The latest version of the program has now been uploaded
