Added a mode for generating data for ttnmapper #24

Added a mode activated by setting sys.mod=2 (AT+SMOD=1,2,0) to upload gps latitude, longitude, altitude and hdop, for use with ttnmapper.org.

nb. I haven't altered the altered the gps data that is saved on the device.
