Some groups added to quick access bar on the ribbon display as X boxes #12

Some of the groups on the ribbon display as [X] boxes when you add them to the quick access bar on the ribbon.

A likely fix for this would be to just remove the quick access bar unless its found that this is functionality that people would find useful.

939950a - Quick access tool bar is disabled/hidden for now. If the need arises, it can be re-enabled and it can be made so that the groups show with their actual icons. For now though it seems like a feature that nobody will actually use.
