All skills now only require 3 points
All skills are now passive and their effects are always applied as in W1/W2.
Implemented slot bonuses for skills so that there is still a reason to slot particular skills to configure Geralt's build.
The Swords / Red line is mostly done, it may still need some tightening up / polishing.
The Signs / Blue line still needs some work. Currently all of the tier 5 abilities are pure passive bonuses which I am not entirely crazy about because they use a lot of copy/pasta code and bonuses.
The Alchemy / Green line is in a similar state to Blue. Depending on how far I want to go with things, it may not need as much work as Swords since Alchemy IMO was the most solid out of all the three lines in W3.
Global Passives / Yellow line hasn't been touched yet. I am not sure at this point if I am going to implement slot bonuses for them. It may make more sense to disable slotting them since the way CD:PR implemented them, they act weird if you try to level them up beyond 1 ability point.
One of the main goals of this mod is to have all of the skills be more similar to Witcher 1/2 where each level provides something interesting/extra. In addition, similar to Witcher 1, each skill should only have 3 levels (not 5).
Currently most of the skills I have cut back to 1 point to start with a base line.
