Import CameraHAL on beagle-eclair #126

Task description:
Import CameraHAL that was on beagle-donut to beagle-eclair for general usb 
camera modules.

Expected function includes preview, taking picture and recording.

CameraHAL is landed in beagle-eclair branch and could work now. See
http://gitorious.org/0xdroid/hardware_omap3_camera/commits/beagle-eclair

Other related commits in other projects are pushed as well.
It should work well with 0xlab's kernel branch omap3-2.6.32.   Try it!

hi,
I had just downloaded 0xlab's beagle-eclair-0x5 prebuilt images, installed onto 
my DevKit8000. Boot up ok. I managed to find /dev/video0; I have attached an 
usb camera. However, I still cannot run the Camera apps that comes with the 
Android. 

Error msg "The application Camera (process....) has stopped unexpectedly. Pls 
try again".

Pls help.
