Documentation:

• Add GitHub projects and issues details.
• Add references for resources used in this project
• Add media credits for this project
• Add acknowledgements for this project

Fixes: Fixed items identified whilst writing documentation, performing testing and running pep8 checks:

• Some forms had unused form actions which were removed
• Some links erroneously had alt attributes, which were removed
• Specified exception in except statements so they were no longer bare
• Changed the display of location area code to the actual country (e.g. from "GB" to "United Kingdom")
