？Github Pages不是只支持静态页面吗？这博客是怎么做到的？

我的博客确实是静态页面构成的，我使用了一种称为“静态网站生成器”的程序Hexo，类似功能的程序还有很多，可以在这里找到。

至于自动部署，利用到了GitHub Actions，可以参考这篇博客：https://dragon-fish.github.io/2020/04/25/update-via-github-actions/
