Cant ride mounts after logout #11

In my world we tamed Pegasus and hatched both black dragons and 2 of the three wyverns variants. After loging off of minecraft and loading back up the following day I could no longer ride or access the inventory of any of my pets. Although I can still ride vanilla horses. Another thing is I can ride newly tamed creatures (dragons wyverns and Pegasus) until I save and quit then they too never work again.

This is on MineCraft version 1.16, and expansive fantasy version 1.0.6

Remove the saddle and armor of the mob before leaving the world
