Can't set any hotkeys with latest version (r500) #19

I can't remap any hotkeys.  Fresh game, fresh install, using r500.

I get a message - "The key you have assigned is already assigned to Attack" or 
something along those lines.  This happens for any key.

Also, when I press "Escape" during the assigning of the key, the main menu is 
overlayed on top of the PN menu again, and I have to press backspace to reset 
the key and bring back the menu.

Hm, couldn't reproduce this so far? The thing about Esc, it's a known issue but 
I can't really do anything about it.

Weird.  I'll try resetting my keybinds and the like and giving it another go.  
Project New Vegas is the only mod I have active.

Alright, I think this may have had to do with a save issue?  I was using a 
"quickstart" save from the Nexus - 
http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=36276 , and reloading a new 
save let me bind the key.  Odd, and I haven't been able to reproduce at all.

Probably this issue connected to language settings in the Steam client. Hot 
keys not worked with non-English language activated. Need confirmation.
