Cross-hair to small #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use unzoomed sniper rifle
2. aim at NPC so their head perfectly fits into the center
3. shoot, possibly repeat several times

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Head explodes
Instead: Head does not explode

Increased general conversion factor from 5.95 to 6.0 and moved it to a global 
PNxCCrosshairConversionFactor
