Sigh... forgot to remove a condition from a script.
PNxCWeapNVPlasmaRifleUniqueScript:
-"if PNxCEnableWeaponCharge == 0 || owner != player"
+"if PNxCEnableWeaponCharge == 0"
It's recoverable by deactivating Weapon Charging (which will give the old
weapon back), then activating it again.
