Stealth Suit Mk II Stealth Field not working #74

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have Old World Blues DLC patch for Project Nevada loaded.
2. Acquire Stealth Suit and complete related quest.
3. Attempt to enter Stealth mode by hitting the associated hotkey.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to turn invisible, similar to using a Stealth Boy. Instead, nothing 
happens.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I believe 1_3. I am running Windows 7.

Please provide any additional information below.
I have the individual DLC patches installed, rather than the all-inclusive 
patch, as that one for some reason does not have the Cybernetics portion for 
Old World Blues enabled.
