POE Crash after inventory #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Opening the program
2.Click login then  it finds things from my stash and gets to done.  

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Crash with asking for log files send to devolpers. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 0.0.1 on Windows 7 SP1 64bit.
.net frame works that are installed 
v2.0.50727
v3.0
v3.5
v4 Cient
v4 Full

I was trying to run the program from. C:\Users\%Username%\Downloads\Procurement 
v0.0.1\  
Moved the program to second hard drive of E:\Procurement v0.0.1\ and ran 
program it worked.

Did you have the settings file open in notepad (or similar) ? 

I suspect that has caused the crash.

I did not open the settings.xml at all.

Interesting, I think it's due to Windows user access control, we will 
investigate.

I have uac turned off. I am an administrator on the machine.

I've deployed Procurement v0.0.2, please will you download and let us know if 
you still have a problem.

With version .0.0.2 that is labeled as .0.0.1 in the logs. I get the same error 
from my downloads folder 
 C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Temp\WER55B0.tmp.WERInternalMetadata.xml
  C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Temp\WER6A78.tmp.appcompat.txt
  C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Temp\WER6A99.tmp.mdmp

If I copy the folder from my downloads directory to a root folder it runs and 
works.  When I move it back it does not work.
If I do a run as administrator for the Procurement.exe inside of 
C:\Users\%username%\Downloads\Procurement v0.0.2 it does work.

I will definitely add better error handling to the Settings save method. In 
addition I guess we will need to check if the process is running with 
administrative rights.

Thanks for providing such detailed feedback, this really helps us get the tool 
polished!

Can you test with version 3? Some better error handling, and the app should 
crash. It will just not save settings if it doesnt have permission
