include some text for ML in the methods #23

There are only two brief mentions before jumping straight into the ML results. I suggest a couple of sentences or so for guiding the reader into this part of the project. This issue is for @ki-arie I think?

Please also note the Dragonfly Latex style for tables, I'll revise the table in the result now.

It could just be a general intro statement in the results too @Fab-Doe

Added a sentence to the results intro:

The prototype splits the Lemon canyon area into a training, test and validation dataset, evaluating mean canopy height predictions per Sentinel-2 pixels (10 m) by producing artificial gaps in the output.

Pushing changes myself.
