include a "North" arrow in maps #5

e.g, {fig:lemoncanyon}.

Also, please omit "Test Region" from the map, or change it to lower case "test region"; my preference is the former option as test region is clear from the caption.

As an aside, wouldn't it be better to refer to the distance of Lemon Canyon from Reno rather than Lake Tahoe, since Reno is also indicated on the map?

I iwll get to work adding a north arrow and omitting the 'test region' Should take about 20 min.

The distance from Reno is an option for sure. I think we got in the habit of referring to Lake Tahoe. I don't see changin it as an issue
