multi-author references in the reference list #17

Multiple authors are listed with an ampersand, e.g., "Berkenbusch, K. & Neubauer, P. (2016)....". The ampersand needs to be replaced with a semi-colon. I think this change happened when Phil updated the template from MPI to Fisheries New Zealand branding.

This issue got fixed in that the ampersand was replaced with a semi-colon in the reference list, but it has also been replaced in the text: "...maturity at 76 mm shell length (Beentjes; Gilbert 2006a, 2006b)".
The PDFs for toheroa and Auckland bivalves will need to be replaced on the MPI website once this issue is fixed. It didn't occur to me to check the text when the correction was made, sorry. : (

Hiya, confirming that you want a result like this: (Beentjes & Gilbert 2006a, 2006b)

Also for text citations: Beentjes & Gilbert (2006a)

Yes, that’s right, thanks.

Looking good in the PDF. Thanks for fixing it, that's awesome.
