On the inside cover page, the May 2022 FAR template:

adds a disclaimer
revises the MPI contact text
adds the citation (which is also still included at the top of the executive summary)
is set in Arial 10pt

Added in v1.4; slight spacing differences to word template (which also uses Arial Narrow for the "Disclaimer" title, for some reason - not implemented here)
