Non-breaking spaces in titles (for fish stock codes) #48

We want to be able to use non-breaking spaces in document titles for fish stock codes (e.g., JMA~1) but most LaTeX, including ~, cannot be used in the title (because of the way the .bib file is written)

Version 1.59 supports \nobreakspace in titles, which does the trick, although is not as readable as ~
