User profiles to support Twitter handles #1

Add a field to the profile to hold a twitter profile (possibly null). If given, 1) display a block containing the users tweets on their profile page . 2) Get @seabirders to follow them, if that is straight forward.

Haven't included the ability for @seabirders to follow the user.
