Make seabirds editable #17

Seabirds are currently not accessible via Django admin & the website. It would be great if admins could add info about different species.

Potentially users could also edit these records and/or create new ones.

These categories are seabird families (new ones are probably unlikely) they have deliberately been kept broad to limit the number of categories to a comprehensible number. Make them editable by superusers, but not by general users.
