Have checked this out, and it works for me. The problem I think is that he has made a typo when he has registered. Simplest is to ask him to register again, and if that fails, to hop in and edit the account manually.
I just checked this out myself - the email that is being sent is redirecting the user to: http://seabirds.webfactional.com/accounts/login/ Does that make a difference??
Also, Dave said that he did not receive a confirmation email - we should get that up and going as well?
