Font pretty hard to read for pages of discussions. Too large, colour not contrasted enough, and line spacing could be improved to differentiate the different posts.
Add the title of the discussion and the author inside the email sent.
Maybe blur a bit more the background picture on the right-hand side.
Add recent posts to the personal page of members, and some index of activity (# of posts, member since ...)

Thanks for the feedback. Will have a play at some stage and see if I can't improve the font. I agree with most of these points, but maybe not the blur!
