crash on test_no_tls_on_admin_port #2950

The failure may be related with the failure on test_replication_all. Those tests fail in pairs:

No real issue here, upon looking at the logs this is a side effect of the failure above test_replication_all.

The issue is that the admin port is not available, see:

E20240423 03:24:36.805322 24101 dfly_main.cc:269] Failed to open admin socket any:1212, error: Address already in use
