Redis 7.x rdb STREAM format is not supported #4159

To reproduce (works on valkey but does not work with Dragonfly):

these are two different formats. The last one is the latest one.

The first format is from Valke 7.0 branch that was later deprecated. The second format is the latest one (Valkey 7.2)
