Do you mind posting your configuration? CPU, Graphics(with resolution)

What operating system are you using? Do you know of any issues on Mojave or Catalina with this setup? If you tested both, which is more stable?

1) Where do I copy your EFI folder into? I have 3 partitions a) Clover EFI (has folders: EFI,EFI-backups, Library, usr) b) EFI ( BOOTLOG File, EFI Folder) on USB drive c) unmounted EFI parition on hard drive

Do I replace all EFI folders in all places? Is the EFI folder from the Clover EFI (USB drive) the settings used to create the unmounted EFI partition on the hard drive?

2) Does my USB stick with the OS installer need a different EFI folder than the computer? As I noticed the instructions on Tonymacx86 stated required files here:

https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-booting-the-os-x-installer-on-laptops-with-clover.148093/

But your EFI folder is missing some of them. (e.g. HFSPlus.efi)

3) Do any files need to be recompiled for my specific Yoga 730 build?

4) What version of Clover are you using? I see a few versions and build.. https://sourceforge.net/projects/cloverefiboot/files/Bootable_ISO/ has the newest build being CloverISO-5070.tar.lzma,

https://github.com/CloverHackyColor/CloverBootloader/releases has the newest build being CloverISO-5104.tar.lzma

Which is the official clover and which version do you use?

  1. You should replace EFI folder into where you boot from. only one EFI is using when boot
  2. USB stick can use same EFI with this rep, HFSPlus.efi is replace by VBoxHfs.efi
  3. None file need to build 4.I will update Clover from https://github.com/CloverHackyColor/CloverBootloader/releases ,now is 5103
