Missing fluid_type localization for Tar in mod fluid tanks #9

When Tar is put into a modded fluid tank (like in a Mekanism Fluid Tank for this picture or a Thermal Expansion Fluid Encapsulator) the display name is missing. Likely just a localization entry that the tech mods expect but that don't show up without them.

Dreamland version is Dreamland-forge-1.19.2-1.2.0.6
