Use also "long press" to create port forwards #475

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Brake "Menu" key with incorrect kernel config
2. Try to create reverse ssh tunnel to work with shell from PC 
3. ._.

Long press does nothing right now in "Port forwards" menu, why not use it to 
create new port forwards?
